Private lessons are available with one teacher with either one or two students. You have the teacher for yourself, not the dance floor.
Small group lessons from three people are available in person and online. Please contact us for a quote.
Your goals?
Are you looking to gain more confidence at your own pace with undivided professional supervision, while enjoying to dance with an expert? Perhaps you have a special request such as a wedding first dance or to do a showcase, maybe you woud like to prepare for an event or perfect your technique in a particular dance style. Whatever your request is, individual lessons are the best way to meet your needs.

Students progressing to undertake ISTD Medal Tests do so by taking regular private lessons. The same is the case with competing at the​ ​​​ISTD ​Medal Competitions ​or other competitions, which is an option only with some teachers.
Terms and Conditions
Private lessons need to be booked and paid in advance and are subject to the teacher's availability.

Private lessons cost from £60, last 45-50 minutes and cover one or two students. You always pay your teacher one lesson in advance, by online booking, bank transfer or cash.

* Only one lesson can be booked with the 50% discount and only by students who are new to the studio. This discount is only available with some teachers and is not applicable to Wedding lessons.

When you book a private lesson for one or two people, or a small group, you are booking the teacher, not the dance floor. There may be other lessons occurring at the same time and the teachers will take turns with the music.​

Cancellation Policy
The London Dance Studio holds a 48-hour cancellation notice policy ​for any alterations or cancellations to your booking. Bookings cannot be refunded, only rescheduled up to 48 hours before the lesson. Any cancellation or rescheduling within the 48 hour notice period will require full payment, except in case of a positive Covid test result.
